Emergency incident response team
Ransomware on the server. A hijacked mailbox. A wire that went to the wrong account. Our incident response team gets to work the moment you call, whether or not you are a Cytek client today.
Or send us the details and we call you back.
Cytek analysts have handled ransomware, business email compromise and data theft for medical practices, manufacturers, law firms and financial institutions. We contain the attack, get you back to work, and manage the reporting clocks that start the moment a breach is discovered.
Why speed matters
01
02
Contain
Isolate affected systems, cut the attacker’s access, reset credentials and block the paths they used, so the damage stops growing.
Investigate
Find how they got in, what they touched and what left the building, with evidence preserved for your insurer, attorney and regulators.
Recover
Rebuild or restore clean systems in the right order, verify them, and get people working again without reopening the door.
Report and harden
Meet every notification deadline (HIPAA, Oklahoma, banking, SEC, FTC), brief your leadership in plain language, and close the gaps that let it happen.

FAQ
No. Call (844) 644-8744 and we will triage the situation with you. We give you a clear scope and quote before any work beyond the initial triage begins.
The FBI advises against paying, and payment does not guarantee you get your data back or that it was not already copied. The decision is yours, made with your attorney and insurer. We help you understand what you actually lost and whether recovery without paying is realistic.
It depends on your industry and where your customers live. Examples: HIPAA covered entities have 60 days to notify affected patients and HHS; Oklahoma requires notice to the Attorney General within 60 days when 500 or more residents are affected; banks have 36 hours to tell their federal regulator; credit unions have 72 hours to tell the NCUA; businesses under the FTC Safeguards Rule have 30 days. We keep the list for you and prepare the notices.
Disconnect affected machines from the network, but leave them powered on. Shutting down destroys evidence in memory that tells us how the attacker got in. Call us before doing anything else.
You get a written report in plain language for your leadership, insurer and attorney, a list of the gaps that were used, and a plan to close them. Most clients move onto 24/7 monitoring so the same thing cannot happen twice.
